To have a blemish free skin, I use a tomato mask, which is really helpful. At first, chopped a ripe tomato. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of oatmeal. To make the paste thick, you can even add a bit of more oatmeal and then apply the mask especially on the blemishes skin areas, like forehead, cheeks and chin. After 10 minutes, scrub it off with cotton, soaked in lukewarm water.
