Vitamin E for skin

Basically, Vitamin E consists of alpha, beta, gamma and delta components, which is combined to be known as mixed tocopherols. Research had shown that Vitamin E had a wide variety of skin benefits. It aids in lessening the effects of psoriasis, reduces the appearance of the stretch marks and the marks of scars due to wounds and might also decrease the risk of skin cancer.
Vitamin E is said to be antioxidant, which even helps to prevent skin damages from free radicals, protects the body against negative environmental stresses, like pollutants, bacteria, aging and sun’s UV rays. It even makes the skin smooth and soft and thus protects the skin from skin cracking and early age winkles. Vitamin E is generally found in green leafy vegetables, wheat germ oil, egg yolks and nuts.

I hate taking vitamin capsules. But because of my work, I am bound to stay in such an arid zone where I hardly find green vegetable and even eggs. So, I am forced to take Vitamin E capsules. Although the climate over here is too sultry; thus it effects to skin too harshly. But because of my daily intake of Vitamin capsule, I find my skin to be almost harmless.
