AYURVEDA- the science of life

Ayurveda is a way of understanding nature. Ayurvedic treatment found out the main reason of the disease and solve it from the root. It always gives permanent relief. According to ayurveda the balance between the three doshas (Vata, Pitta and Kapha) is health. Imbalance creates various diseases and restoration process of balance is known as healing. Ayurveda offers a wide range of therapies for restoring balance.

To cure or prevent any aliment natural herbs are taken in ayurveda as juices, paste, powder and decoctions etc. Ayurveda comprise of mostly the things that have their usage in homes and have multifarious medicinal usage also. Few such substances are clove, cinnamon, black pepper, cumin, fennel, rock salt, turmeric, coriander, ginger, honey, licorice, garlic, onion, basil and mint etc. Basil tea is used for Heart ailments; the mixture of resin, black salt and ginger is very effective in indigestion; turmeric is used for skin care treatment; clove oil is used in cold & cough, tooth ache; mixed juice of mint and ginger cures almost all types of fever by causing excessive perspiration; The mixture of lemon juice and powdered black pepper can cures diseases connected with liver. Amla cools down the temperature of blood and purifies it. Chireta has curative effects in fever, acidity, liver problems, jaundice and pimples.

Ayurvedic treatment effectively cures Chikun Gunia fever, from which now Delhi is affected. Chikun Gunia is called "Sandhijwara" in ayurveda.
